Who we are
Tiraisoft is an independent software studio trading as Tiraisoft, located at Jl. Rahayu Sungai Paring, Martapura, Indonesia. For anything privacy-related, contact us at support@tiraisoft.com.
Scope
This policy covers tiraisoft.com, our company website, and Tiraisoft as a company. Each of our products presents its own privacy notice for anything specific to how that product works; where it does, that notice applies in addition to this policy. Using one of our products means both apply to you.
This website
This website has no accounts and no sign-in, and it sets no cookies. Two things on it do collect data, and this is all they collect:
- Visitor measurement. Every page loads Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views and where visitors arrived from. It is cookieless and stores no identifier on your device, so what we see is aggregate numbers rather than individual visitors.
- Launch notifications. A product page for something we have not released yet carries a form asking for an email address. If you submit it, we store that address, which product it was for, and the time you submitted it, so that we can tell you when that product launches. We also add it to our mailing-list provider, Resend. We use it for nothing else, and you can have it removed at any time by writing to support@tiraisoft.com.
The site is served by Cloudflare, which transiently processes IP addresses and request metadata as part of delivering and protecting the site. We do not receive or store that data.
Our products
At a high level:
- Products that generate something from what you give them — ListingBrief AI, InstaResume, LLM RPG and Nichecast — store your account email and what you submit, and send that content to third-party AI providers in order to produce your results. Payments are handled by a payment processor; we never see or store card numbers. Billing questions: billing@tiraisoft.com.
- Roomie is designed local-first: audio and video are processed on your own device, and nothing leaves the box.
Each product’s own privacy notice is the detailed version, and it governs that product.
If you write to one of our addresses, we store the message — sender, subject and body — so that we can answer it and keep a record of the conversation. Support mail is answered with the help of an AI model, which means the content of your message is sent to a third-party AI provider in order to draft a reply. The reply is stored alongside the message it answers.
Your rights
You can request access to, or deletion of, any personal data we hold about you by writing to support@tiraisoft.com. We’ll respond promptly.
Children
Our website and products are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
When this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
