Who we are
Tiraisoft is an independent software studio trading as Tiraisoft, located at Jl. Rahayu Sungai Paring, Martapura, Indonesia.
Using this website
The content on this site is provided for general information about our company and products. You may browse and link to it freely. Don’t misuse the site — no attempts to disrupt it, and no abusive scraping.
Products
Each of our products has its own terms and pricing, presented within the product itself. Using any Tiraisoft product means you accept that product’s own terms and privacy notice as well as these terms and our Privacy Policy. Where the two cover the same subject, the product’s own terms govern your use of that product.
Products marked in development are previews: features, availability, and timelines may change, and a preview may never ship as described.
Credits
Some of our products sell credits. Where they do, credits are a product and not money: buying credits completes the purchase, and we do not hold funds on your behalf. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and cannot be redeemed for money.
Credits do not expire. They can only be used in the product that issued them, and they last as long as that product does — if we discontinue it, unspent credits stop being usable and are not refunded. Payments for credits are final.
Each product’s own terms are the detailed version, including how work that fails is credited back to you, and what the consumer law where you live adds on top of these terms.
Intellectual property
The content of this site, our product names, and our marks belong to Tiraisoft. Don’t use them in a way that suggests affiliation or endorsement without our permission.
Third-party links
We link to third-party sites (including our own products hosted on separate domains). We’re not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.
Disclaimer and liability
This site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tiraisoft is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
